From the start, Emma was always professional, organized, calming.. and kept us on track which is really what we needed when planning remote. And she has a fantstic list of connections and rentals you can use for your NH special day! Fast forward to a few months out - I was sooo impressed with her ability to coordinate with our venue, handle little crisis's that pop up, and complete our final walk through to make it special. And then finally, weekend of - Emma was there first thing setting up, cleaning, organizing, making sure everything was planned out the day before. The day of, while everyone was getting ready I'm sure there were a million little things going wrong, but I never knew or had concerns because she was always checking in with me, or handling things on her own. If you want your wedding day to be stress free, BEAUTIFUL, filled with fantastic vendors and a fun planner who has your back in all things - you need Emma!

A month before your wedding we schedule an onboarding consultation and continuously schedule weekly check in's leading up to the wedding week. A minimum of one site visit prior to the event date if needed. Full review of all wedding materials including budget, timeline, vendor contracts, and wedding details such as floorplan, seating chart, DJ/Band questionnaire, ceremony processional, and photography shot list.
During this time we detail any remaining checklist items that need to be taken care of in the remaining month. We assist in the final design stages by sourcing any additional decor items. Attend any final vendor meetings and send out your final timeline, venue directions, contact information, and facilitate final vendor payments and delivery schedules.
LET'S BREAK it DOWN
On your wedding weekend we are present to facilitate your final venue walk through and meeting, distribute guests welcome bags, and coordinate the rehearsal ceremony. On the day of your wedding we execute your design plan, greet your vendors and attend to their needs, and check in on the mornings events. Throughout your wedding day we coordinate your first look, ceremony processional, dinner service, and ensure all timeline events such as speeches, dances, and cake cutting are executed on time. Throughout the evening we manage any unforeseen hiccups and ensure you and your partner always have a drink in hand!

We only book a set amount of clients each summer to ensure each couple has our undivided attention. This typically ranges anywhere from 8 - 12 couples.
The strating investment is the minimum amount you should expect to pay for your service. We create custom proposals for all our clients based on each unique events service requirements.
If you contact us during our office hours, which are typically Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 4 PM, we will respond within 48 hours. Feel free to send us a note if it is taking longer.
