From the start, Emma was always professional, organized, calming.. and kept us on track which is really what we needed when planning remote. And she has a fantstic list of connections and rentals you can use for your NH special day! Fast forward to a few months out - I was sooo impressed with her ability to coordinate with our venue, handle little crisis's that pop up, and complete our final walk through to make it special. And then finally, weekend of - Emma was there first thing setting up, cleaning, organizing, making sure everything was planned out the day before. The day of, while everyone was getting ready I'm sure there were a million little things going wrong, but I never knew or had concerns because she was always checking in with me, or handling things on her own. The beginning stages of a full planning & design service start by setting budget ranges, constructing tent layouts, clarifying equipment needs, establishing future design goals, and defining vendor preferences. Once I have communicated the obtainable vision for your event based on the event needs and budget, I find vendors that will best suite our goals. We help contract and negotiate your vendor contracts while keeping track of each vendors payment schedules and wedding day requirements.
During this time we detail all appropriate decision with your vendors including, but not limited to, your DJ/Band questionnaire, catering tasting, floral proposal, invitation confirmation, event floorplan and rental list, photography shot list, room block organization, transportation schedule, and much more! During this time we determine all Plan B event locations and create the general outline of your wedding day timeline.
In the months leading up to your celebration we facilitate all final vendor meetings and distribute all final floorplans and timelines. We assist you in crafting your seating chart and ensure the caterer is aware of your final meal count and any guest allergies. We guide you through obtaining a marriage license, ensuring your Justice of the Peace has the necessary paperwork, and educate you on wedding etiquette, such as tipping your vendors. On your wedding weekend we are present to facilitate your final venue walk through and meeting, distribute guests welcome bags, and coordinate the rehearsal ceremony. On the day of your wedding we execute your design plan, greet your vendors and attend to their needs, and check in on the mornings events. Throughout your wedding day we coordinate your first look, ceremony processional, dinner service, and ensure all timeline events such as speeches, dances, and cake cutting are executed on time. Throughout the evening we manage any unforeseen hiccups and ensure you and your partner always have a drink in hand!
We comb through your design inspiration to create a mood board, full design proposal, and general design direction to ensure your wedding day vision is realized. We work alongside your florist, calligrapher, and rental team to ensure every detail is cohesive and on brand.

By EB conceptualizes, plans, and executes the entire aesthetic of your wedding weekend. I'm E.B., the groovy lady behind the planning and design of your wedding day! I'm a ball of energy that somehow never dulls. I love the high speed pace of wedding day & shine when put under pressure.
We are always in contact via Aisle Planner chats, emails, & phone calls, however, we typically schedule at least 1 video conference a month together to touch base and stay on track.
Frequently Asked Questions
We only book a set amount of clients each summer to ensure each couple has our undivided attention. This typically ranges anywhere from 8 - 12 couples.
The strating investment is the minimum amount you should expect to pay for your service. We create custom proposals for all our clients based on each unique events service requirements.
Your name and your payment information is on your vendor contracts, never mine. I instruct you on when and how to pay your vendors but never handle your balance unless under emergency circumstances.
If you contact us during our office hours, which are typically Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 4 PM, we will respond within 48 hours. Feel free to send us a note if it is taking longer.
You can think of me as your project manager. I may present a vendor to you that I think fits your budget and vision, however, at the end of the day you have the final say on whether we move forward.
Typically, clients book our services 18-12 months in advance of their wedding date, however, we have executed full wedding planning and design packages in just 3 months !
You're able to be as involved or as uninvolved as you would like! This is your wedding day and you have the option of planning as much as you'd like to.
