Delivery charges vary based upon order quantity and distance for the studio. Unfortunately, our studio is not equipped for rental pick up/drop off so your order has to be delivered by our delivery team.

The Monday of your order week we will reach out to you to confirm your delivery time slot. We typically deliver Thursday-Saturday afternoon and pick up Sunday afternoon-Tuesday depending on our schedule.
We are not responsible for coordinating the delivery time with your venue. It is the renters responsibility to communicate when orders are delivered and where they will be delivered with the venue.
If you contact us during our office hours, which are typically Monday-Thursday 9 AM - 4 PM, we will respond within 48 hours. Feel free to send us a note if it is taking longer.
Once we receive a signed rental contract and initial deposit your order is confirmed on our schedule.
We offer set up of our rental products depending on weekend availability. If we are unavailable, please advise your venue, wedding coordinator/planner, or close friend to set up your rental products. All chargers and candles come in racks ready to go they will just need to be placed on the tables.
We will send you your final invoice on the Monday of your event date. At this time, we will require a final guest count.
For the most part, we try to deliver within an hour travel time of our Campton, NH studio, however, there are times that we have availability to deliver out of state or within a 2 hour travel time of the studio.
